If you have a look at the list of recipes under this category, you will understand that my definition of healthy food is slightly different from the typical “healthy food” recipes. When you search for healthy recipes online, most of the time, it calls for unheard and expensive ingredients. That doesn’t work for me. This list has many recipes for you to choose from. It can be a side dish or a main dish or a drink. It can be Indian or non Indian recipe. Also, you may not consider some recipes as healthy, if you look at the title, but I’ve given tips in the notes section on how to make a healthier version of it. I don’t like compromising on taste just to make it healthy. What’s your take on it?
