Kerala is known for it’s fresh water fishes and spices and Seafood! Though I like fish, I developed a liking for seafood only in the recent years. I’m not yet evolved into a complete seafood lover, long way to go there.
However, I love Prawns and I try diff Prawns recipes every now and then. You can see my experiments with prawns in this category.
Some of my fav in this are Prawns biriyani, Prawns sesame toast, Prawns Roast, Prawns Pollichathu… Have you tried any of these?
