This is not about the ugly duckling...
I’m not sure what to write here… the reason being there are just two recipes listed under this category!! I rarely cook Duck at home, mainly because I’m not a big fan of Duck.
Though I don't enjoy this meat, I’ve some good memories associated with it. My native place is Changanachery and we used to go there via Kuttanad. During Easter and Christmas time, there was a sure stop in Kuttanad to buy fresh Duck. “Kuttanadan Tharavu” is supposed to be very flavourful. Even though I couldn't figure out all the fuss and excitement associated with this meat, I didn't mind being a part of the excitement of those who love it :)
Well, though there are just two recipes under this category, I assure you.. they both comes under “must try” list, if you like Duck preparations. I’ve got many feedbacks, especially for the Kuttanadan Duck Roast.
