Jai Ho... to North Indian cuisine and here's what you should try...
Have I told you that I love North Indian style recipes? I was first introduced to North Indian recipes during my graduation days. One of my best friends was a north Indian and we used to dig into her lunch box everyday.
I had more exposure to North indian dishes during my stay in Bangalore. Once I started cooking, I made it a point to try those dishes at home, you can see my experiments here. Hope you will also enjoy these dishes.
My fav’s in this category are Chicken Tikka Masala, Dahi Puri, Chana Masala, Aloo Jeera, Aloo Gobi, the list goes on :)
