Eggless Baking Recipes

There are some recipes which I have tried only because of blogging. This is one such category. As I’ve said earlier, for me egg is a necessity in kitchen. I wouldn’t have even considered baking without eggs, if not for the blog.

Over the past years, I’ve got many requests for Eggless Baking and that’s how I finally started trying such recipes. It was a surprise for me when I saw that “Eggless Chocolate Cake” recipe on MM, is one of the most sought after recipes. These days I make a conscious effort to try more eggless baking recipes, so that it can be enjoyed by more people.

Some of my favs in this list are Caramel Fudge Tarts, Chocolate Cake and Vanilla Cupcake. Have you tried any of these recipes?
