Dips & Sauces, the essentials for a good time...
I was introduced to the concept of Dips and Sauces, only after coming to Bahrain. Before that, I knew only one dip and sauce of any kind - Tomato Ketchup! I used to eat anything with ketchup, be it Chapathi, Dosa, Bread, Cutlet, Fish Fry, the list goes on… Btw, ketchup and Fish Fry is a good combo to try, if you haven't tried it yet.
These days, when I entertain people at home, I make sure to have dips as part of the appetisers. I’ve seen people enjoying these dips and that includes kids too. I admit that my dips recipe list on the site is not a long one, but I’ll be adding more to the list. Meanwhile you try out the listed recipes and see how you like it.
