I think cooking spicy food is a bit tricky. You want all the flavour from the masala, but at the same time you’ve to make sure that it’s not overpowering the flavour of the dish. Balance is the key to cooking any spicy food.
What comes to your mind when you think of Spicy food? For me it’s dishes like Meen Curry and Kallu Shappu Beef Fry.
