A perfect food for the weight watchers.
Ingredients
- 100 gms Smoked Tuna
- 1 small Onion (chopped)
- 1 small Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Crushed pepper
- 1 tsp Garam masala/meat masala
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 6 slices Brown bread slices
Instructions
- Saute the onions for around 5 mins .Add the tomatoes & saute till it becomes soft. Add smoked tuna, crushed pepper powder &garam masala/meat masala & mix well. Add tomato sauce & stir for 2 minutes. Spread butter on bread slices & put the filling.

do u need to cook the tuna as well within the filing?
yes, you add the tuna along with other ingredients.
no need of salt?

Canned tuna is usually salty, that’s why I didnt mention salt in the recipe. You can do a taste test and salt if required.
