Here is the recipe…
Add your butter to you mixer bowl & beat on high for several minutes using the paddle attachment…

After the butter is somewhat soft- add in your other ingredients & continue beating another several minutes…

Ingredients
- 1 cup Salted butter (keep the butter @ room temp for 10-15 mins)
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Dried or fresh parsley (I used fresh)
Instructions
- Add your butter to you mixer bowl & beat on high for several minutes using the paddle attachment (refer notes). (don't use the whip- trust me on this)
- After the butter is somewhat soft- add in your other ingredients & continue beating another several minutes.
- Transfer to an airtight container & store refrigerated as you would your regular butter.
Notes
If you dont have a mixer with paddle attachment, use a strong wooden spoon to mix.
Keep the butter @ room temp for 15- 20 mins, before using it to spread on rolls or breads.

Hi Maria…you said you make garlic butter…how do you make it? Just omit the Parmesan?
