Spicy Roasted Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180 degree, 10 miutes before baking. Combine all the ingredients together with your hands. Place them in a baking sheet. Make sure they are spread out. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes. If you like the cashew to be a bit salty, sprinkle some salt over the hot cashews. Let it cool and start munching...
