Here is the recipe:
- 1/2 cup Cashew nuts
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Butter
- Curry leaves
- Preheat oven to 180 degree, 10 miutes before baking. Combine all the ingredients together with your hands. Place them in a baking sheet. Make sure they are spread out. Bake in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes. If you like the cashew to be a bit salty, sprinkle some salt over the hot cashews. Let it cool and start munching...

Adore roasted spiced up cashew nuts. Recently I have been hooked up on those roasted with black pepper, salt and rice flour (very simple, yet super tasty).
