I bought a Buckwheat Pancake Mix. I make it once every two weeks or so, for breakfast during weekends. Jose isn’t a fan of it, not surprised! He prefers “normal food” and by that he means regular pancakes ;) So, for the past few weeks, whenever I say we’re having Pancakes for breakfast, he will […]
Prefer going out for breakfast more than dinner?
Have I told you that I prefer going out for breakfast than dinner? Well, I’m very much a breakfast person, it’s my fav meal of the day.
Even as a kid, I used to eat a proper breakfast while most of my friends breakfast was a glass of plain milk or some kind of flavoured milk. Growing up, I always had Kerala style breakfast like Appam, Idiyappam, Puttu etc;
Since I started cooking on my own, my breakfast habits have changed a lot. I started trying out more easy and simple recipes like Sandwiches, Pancakes, Muffins etc; It doesn’t mean that typical Kerala breakfast recipes are completely out of my kitchen, after all how can I miss our very own Puttu and Appam for a long time?
So, what’s your take on breakfast? Do you do a traditional style breakfast recipe or on the go recipes? Here’s a list of breakfast recipes on MM, I do hope you get to explore it and find something interesting!
