Hi Maria…how are you? i have been on vacation for a while now n’ hence my absence…hope all is well at ur end….i had a small query….i want to mince meat at home rather than buy it ready n’ i don’t have a traditional meat mincer…can i mince meat in the mixer grinder?? hv you ever tried this? pls help…

    • Hi Miriam,

am fine dear. Hope you had a great vacation.

I usually cook the meat first and then mince it. I haven’t minced the raw meat yet.

You can mince the cooked meat in a mixie or food processor.

      Hope this helps…

      Cheers
      Maria

  7. Hi Sarika

Thanks a lot for visiting my blog and for your sweet words :).

I think you dont have to beat the dough for a long time, but make sure that it doesnt have any lumps. Yes it has to be a soft dough. Please let me know your comments after trying this.

  8. Maria do we need to beat the pastry/roll dough for a long time just as it is done for bread or puffs? Does it need to be a soft dough like the one we make for chappatis? Please write back to me, because I love baking & would definately want to try this one. I’m waiting for a speedy reple from your side. Thanks in advance.By the way the photographs of the dishes u make look very very good & appetizing!!
