Here is the recipe…
- 1 med - big Potato
- 1 Egg ( beaten)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 cube Chicken tastemaker (optional)
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- Oil - for frying
- Cut potato in finger shape & fry for 2-3 minutes. Add little water to salt & sprinkle over potatoes while frying. Beat the egg well. Add garam masala & chicken taste maker to egg & mix well. Dip the fried potatoes in the egg mixture & marinate with bread crumbs. Fry the marinated potato fingers till it becomes golden brown. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.

You can beat eggs using a fork, that will do for this recipe.
