Hi Maria, when should we add Pepper powder?… It’s in the ingredients list, but not mentioned in the method of preparation..
I’m actually making Chilly pork (because Pork is very cheap in UK) by combining your Chilly Chicken recipe and Chilly Beef recipe.. I added Pepper Powder in the end.. Came out perfect.. Thanks..
Hi Sandeep,
You can add pepper powder along with the sauces. I liked how you’ve combined the two recipes :)
Good to know that your chilli pork was a success!

Hey Maria,
Thanks a lot for this recipe. I tried it out today as a new year special. I made it with fried rice and it goes absolutely great together. I added a little white wine vinegar with the sauces to add a bit of that sour tinge to it.
All in all a great recipe and so easy to make as well. Less than 45 mins altogether.
Cheers, SImi
