Prawns/Shrimp Crackers

Ingredients

  • 100 gms Cleaned Prawns
  • 1 tbsp Plain Flour
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Pepper Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 tsp Soya Sauce
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • Oil - for frying

Instructions

  • Combine ingredients from Plain flour - salt. Add cleaned prawns to this and marinate for half an hour.
  • Dip the marinated prawns in bread crumbs & deep fry till it becomes golden brown colour. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or chilli sauce.
