Fish is an integral part of Kerala food culture and I’m not an exception. The very mention of Kappa and Meen curry makes any Malayali nostalgic. Now, for me, it’s a tough choice between Kerala style fish fry and fish curry. How about you? What do you like the best fish curry or fish fry?

However, since we don’t have the typical Kerala lunch at home in Bahrain, I do miss having fish curry meals. So whenever we go home these days, we both always ask for fish and more fish. During our last trip to Kerala, we went to this tiny little island called “kadamakkudy” so that we can buy fresh fish straight from the net. I was pleasantly surprised to see such a quiet scenic place in the middle of hustle n bustle of Cochin city.
