The basic & most popular soup. You wouldn't want to miss trying it.
- Chicken stock – 600 ml
- Sweet corn – 50 gm
- Cooked chicken – 50 gm
- Egg – 1
- Cornflour – 2 tablespoon
- Salt & sugar – to taste
Add chicken stock to a heated pan. Add sweet corn, salt & sugar to the stock. After 2 minutes add cornflour.Stir well. Add a beaten egg through a strainer & stir for 2 minutes. Add chicken pieces & mix well. Garnish with Spring onion.
