- Bread – 4 slices ( cut in finger sticks)
- Egg – 2 Grated cheese – 1/2 cup Margarine/butter – 1 tablespoon Chopped parsely leaves – 1 teaspoon Chopped green chilli – 1 teaspoon Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon Plain flour ( Maida ) – 1 tablespoon Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Remove the crest from bread slices & cut in finger sticks. Beat egg well & add all the remaining ingredients except oil & mix well. Add little water if required. Dip the bread pieces in the above mixture & fry until it becomes golden brown. Serve hot with chilli garlic or tomato sauce.
