MM is generally considered as a Kerala Food blog with majority of Non Veg Recipes. However, over the past few years, we have an increasing number of Vegetarian readers too, some of who are Jain or ISKON. I’ve made a conscious effort to post more Veg recipes, since the requests for the same is increasing.
Though I cook veg dishes, cooking without onion and garlic is kinda impossible for me. However there are certain recipes which don't use Onion and Garlic. I’ve tried to list those recipes separately under this category for easy reference.
