Take a large size mixing bowl. Whisk the mayo / greek yogurt / labneh till it's smooth. Drizzle the olive oil and whisk till it's combined. Season with salt (refer notes) and pepper.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. You can top it with croutons or grated parmesan cheese if you like.

You can use this recipe as a guideline and customise it to suit your requirements. You can use cooked / boiled chicken or salmon or any other protein of your choice. Also you can use any variety of salad leaves like lettuce, kale etc; You can add cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, the choice is yours.I also add some pitted olives and pickles like pickled jalapeños, dill, cucumber etc to give a sweet and sour taste. Also you can use dried cranberries instead of dates or a combination of both. Be careful while adding salt, since tuna is already salty. You can also use dry red chilli flakes or hot sauce or pepper to spice it up.
