Sweet And Spicy Watermelon Cooler

Ingredients
- 3 cups Watermelon chunks
- 1-2 tsp Sugar
- 8-10 Mint leaves
- a pinch Salt
- 2-3 slices Green chilli
- 1-2 tbsp Lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a blender till it's smooth. Add crushed ice and blend, if you prefer a super chilled version. I also added 2 tbsp of Malibu, for a coconut flavour.
- You can store it in fridge for 2 days.
