Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Butter a cake tin and sprinkle some plain flour on it. Make sure that the flour is equally distributed inside the tin. Keep it aside. Mix together plain flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, soda bicarbonate and strain it. Add melted butter and half cup of hot milk to the mixed ingredients and beat well for 2 minutes. Add remaining milk, beaten eggs & vanila essence. Beat well for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the mix to the prepared baked tin.
Bake the cake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes,after that reduce the temperature to 180 degree and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Allow it to cool in the tin for 5-10 minutes. Dust some icing sugar on top & serve with chocolate sauce.
