150 - 175 gmsDark/milk chocolate
Crush the biscuits coarsely. You can pulse it in a mixie or crush using your hands. Keep 1 tbsp of crushed biscuits aside.
Add peanut butter to the rest of the crushed biscuits. Mix it and shape into balls. You can start by adding 8 - 10 tbsp of peanut butter and see if the mixture holds shape, if not add more peanut butter.
Refrigerate the shaped balls for 1-2 hours, till it's set.
Meanwhile melt the chocolate using double boiler method or in microwave.
Line 1-2 trays with baking/parchment paper.
Dip the refrigerated balls in the melted chocolate , shake off the excess and rest it on the parchment lined trays.
You can decorate the chocolate -covered balls by piping with leftover melted chocolate/sprinkles or with crushed biscuits. Transfer to the fridge till the chocolate sets.
Once the chocolate is set, transfer it to an air tight container and store in the fridge for upto a week.
