Cut potato in finger shape & fry for 2-3 minutes. Add little water to salt & sprinkle over potatoes while frying. Beat the egg well. Add garam masala & chicken taste maker to egg & mix well. Dip the fried potatoes in the egg mixture & marinate with bread crumbs. Fry the marinated potato fingers till it becomes golden brown. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
