Simple Pancake

  • 1.5 cups Plain Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 2 cups Grated Coconut
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Cardamom crushed
  • 2 tbsp Ghee


  • Mix together plain flour, egg, milk, sugar, salt, water and make a thin batter. Heat a pan/thava and pour the batter and spread it. Cook for a few minutes & turn the side. Prepare pancakes like this with the remaining batter.
  • For the Filling
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add the coconut and crushed cardamom. Add the sugar & mix well. Cook the mixture till it becomes soft and juicy. Put the filling in the prepared pancakes and roll it. Serve hot with honey.
