Dates Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups Plain Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Soda Bicarbonate
  • 100 gms Butter cubed
  • 1.25 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1.25 cups Yogurt beaten
  • 2 Eggs slightly beaten
  • 1.5 cup Dates chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 220 degree for 10 minutes. Strain together plain flour, baking powder and soda bicarbonate. Add the butter cubes to this and rub well. Add powdered sugar, beaten curd & eggs, one by one, to this mix. Add chopped dates and mix well. Pour the batter into prepared muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.
