Kanda Poha (Onion Poha)

Here's a quick and easy breakfast recipe with minimal ingredients. If you are looking for a variety breakfast recipe with least efforts, this one is for you. This is a traditional Maharashtrian breakfast recipe.

I've posted one Aloo Poha recipe some years ago. Recently, I got some white Poha to make Set Dosa, but that didn't happen. Instead I ended up with this one, but no regrets. I make this on days when I want something quick and filling and healthy.

It can be considered as a healthy fast food dish, since it doesn't take more than 7-10 mins to make this. It's also good as a brunch or as a tiffin or as an evening snack. Btw, you can use White or Brown Poha to make this. I do hope you try this super quick, easy and tasty dish.

Here is the recipe…
