During the initial days of cooking, I used to find it really difficult to cook veg dishes. I still hear that statement from some of my hardcore non veg friends.
For most of the non vegetarians, veg recipes starts and ends with a Dal or Paneer recipe. It was the same for me too. But these days, I make a conscious effort to try more variety of veg recipes. I believe I’ve come a long way in vegetarian cooking compared to my earlier cooking days. So, this is in honor of my father... who is a hardcore veggy!
