Here is the recipe…
- 570 gms Fresh or tinned pineapple with its juice
- 1/2 tsp Fresh nutmeg/cinnamon gratings
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Chilled milk
- 1 cup Chilled yogurt
- Extra honey & nutmeg/cinnamon - to drizzle
- Chop the pineapple into small pieces. Process pineapple with its juice,cinnamon, honey an milk in a blender until the mixture becomes smooth.Add yogurt and process for 5-10 seconds. Pour into serving glasses. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the smoothie. Serve immediately.
Though the original recipe calls for 2 tbsp of honey, you can reduce it to 1 or even 1/2 tbsp. I used Al Marai yogurt.
