The recipe follows:
- 250 gms Boneless chicken (cut in small pieces)
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 3/4 tbsp Soya sauce
- 3/4 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Chili powder -
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp Plain flour
- Oil (I used Sunflower oil)
- Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients listed from ginger garlic paste - salt. Keep it in fridge for 15 minutes. Heat a little oil in a pan and cook chicken. Cover and cook it and don't use water. Once the chicken is done, keep it aside to cool a little. Sprinkle the flour on cooked chicken pieces and deep fry it. Serve with chili garlic sauce.
Since the salt content is there in soya sauce and store bought ginger garlic paste, please be careful while adding salt.
