Cinnamon Toast PB & J

Are you a Peanut Butter fan? Please tell me you are… I love peanut butter! But the thing is most of my family and friends aren’t big fans.

I was introduced to peanut butter from my early school days. My uncle used to bring peanut butter from US since it wasn’t available in India those days, it was a precious commodity. Since no one else wasn’t into it (no complaints from my end), most of the peanut butter jars came to me! He used to bring Crunchy Peanut Butter. I remember eating only a spoonful at a time and saving as much as I could, so it would last longer ;)

Several decades passed by, but my love for peanut butter is still shining. If anything, it has only improved with time.

Though I was happy not to share peanut butter with anyone during my childhood days, now I’m kinda sad that many people don’t share my love for pb. Jose likes it, but it’s not the same. If you ask me, it doesn’t count, because he is just an extension of me so I cannot count it as another person ;)

The thing is I wanna try many desserts with peanut butter, but since I have only a few friends who share this love of peanut butter, I kinda hold back on it. However I must admit, I make up for it by eating it straight out of jar while watching TV!

So, if you are a peanut butter fan like me, you MUST try this recipe. It’s a super easy recipe and the addition of cinnamon gives the regular PB & Jelly an upgrade. Those days when you crave some dessert for breakfast or any time of the day, this is perfect!

Here is the recipe…
