    Hi Maria,

Could you please xplain how much water is needed to cook the tapioca and that if u r draining the excesswater of just boiling it off with tapioca?

    Love,
    Ammu

  • ammu

Also please do mention how long do i have to marinate the beef. Will half an hour be ok?

    Love,
    Ammu

  • http://www.mariasmenu.com Maria

    Hi ammu

The tapioca should be well covered in water ie the water level should be 1/2 – 1 inch above the tapioca and for beef marination, half an hour is perfectly fine.
